The Tipton Road tram stop on Wednesday 18th March 2026. Construction staff were on site and there still looked like some
work needed to be done here. The turnback crossover is clearly visible, as is the notable kink in the track further
back. The kink is slightly exaggerated here by the telephoto lens, but what it's about is unclear, it wasn't there when this
was a proper railway. The OLE ends here, with one of the terminating posts visible to the right. This stretch of OLE only runs
as far as the Sedgley Road, ending just beyond the tram stop there. The route is then devoid of OLE on the stretch through
Dudley Port and Horseley Heath, recommencing just before the Great Bridge tram stop.
