Road stops remained the least developed part of the route. Still no track, nor OLE by this date, nor indeed the tram stop itself,
although the base for that is in place. Some additional work on the passenger access ramp had taken place over recent weeks, but the
black stuff inside the concrete structure was still only paint on the walls, not the ramp surface itself.
