56115 propels a Queen Mary brakevan into Walsall Midland Yard at 09:05 on Friday 27th February 2004. This is the 6G29 Bescot - Walsall steel trip, with no inbound traffic on this occasion. A brakevan was required for the move between Walsall station and Midland Yard, which was propelled in both directions. Two vans were used on this service, the original was ADS56286, subsequently replaced by the one seen in this shot, ADS56299. After taking steel wagons back to Bescot the loco worked another steel trip from Bescot to Wolverhampton Steel Terminal.
