25244 leaves Duddeston with the return trip working to Bescot. In this 1980s shot the cement wagons
will probably have come from Curzon St, and the other wagons from Duddeston Wagon Works. The two sidings
in the foreground, which ended immediately to the left of the camera, constituted Duddeston Stabling Point. Here you
could once find a handful of Type 2s and electric locos, mostly off Curzon St parcels trains.
