Ex-works 08588 stands outside the steam shed at Bescot. No date for this, but it's probably late 1970s. Bescot also
had 08585 and 08590 at this time, and all three of those survive to this day. 588 was built at Crewe in late 1959, so was about 20 years
old when this photo was taken.
